Groveport, Ohio Speed Traps

The local police have been known to just sit on the side of the road just east of Braun Road, or immediately across from Braun on the east side of the bridge, especially during times that the distribution warehouses are letting out from Rickenbacker Airport area. Hayes Rd. is notorious for speeding. There are many accidents just east of this location at Hayes Rd. and Richardson Rd.

Don’t expect any breaks in this little "ville. I was stopped by one of their sergeants with an ENORMOUS head! He was then backed up by another officer that looked like a child. Real attitude on both. Speed limit is 50mph, but I got a ticket for 52mph. Watch out!

Groveport Police set in vacant parking lot and catch you coming south. Posted limit is 35MPH. It was 45MPH . This is a rural area of farming and few houses.

Bixby Rd (coming from the Hamilton Rd light)and before Groveport Rd. will almost always have a police car sitting in a driveway as you go around the turn before coming to the railroad tracks. They are there day or night. 35 mph zone and located right before the entrance to a wheel plant of some type. Of course, the entire city of Groveport and Obetz have nothing but cops everywhere and 25 & 35 zones strickly enforced.

When Going Down down South Hamilton Road Like going to groveport as you go around the Hill/Curve and you start going down there is a police man hidden in the Bunks like in a truck entrance
