Lynchburg, Ohio Speed Traps

I’ve been stopped twice in one night for speeding. The problem is the first time the officer followed me in his green van (personal Vehicle). Later that night he stopped me for driving three miles over the limit. When I confronted the officer about this he then change his mind and said he stopped me for license plate light. The problem is, I stopped a block ahead and the light was working. When reported to the Chief of Police, He took no information from me about this wrongfull stop.
