Miamisburg, Ohio Speed Traps

Police sit at many side streets to Route 25, one way running North thru the city. The one that caught me was at Lindon Ave. just as you enter the south side of Miamisburg from Franklin. That is where the speed limit drops from 35 to 25mph.

driving west on Ohio 725 after Alex Road you are traveling into downtown Miamisburg on a downhill grade and the speed limit suddenly changes from 50 mph to 25 mph and the 25 speed limit sign is very small and unnoticeable and then the cops sit at the bottom of the hill and ticket drivers.You don’t really have time to slow down to 25 before the speed trapper gets ya! totally unfair and unnecessary!

The Miamisburg Police have a habit of sitting in the parking lot at the large baseball diamond complex on the right hand side heading south toward Franklin. Got me twice there.

State Route 725 right by I-75 overpass on the West side of I-75. Officers like to sit near median primarily pointing to the West bound side of 725, but occasionally to the East bound side.
