North Canton, Ohio Speed Traps

The speed trap is located on Applegrove road halfway between Pittsburgh road and Main street on top of the hill, so that east bound traffic can not see the officer hiding on the side of the road behind trees. The speed limit is 35mph, but could easily be a 45mph road since it is 4 lanes. Also on the same road (Applegrove road), another favorite hiding place is in the parking lot where the old bowling alley used to be, where they hide behind large trucks making them "invisible" to west bound traffic. Lastly, on the corner of Orion and Main St. the police like to hide behind the Franklins Furniture truck making them "invisible" to south bound traffic be careful speed limit is 35mph on Main St!
