25mph, M/C sits in med center driveway apron, even Justice Center employees avoid Powers Blvd.

Both M/C units and Cruisers use the church drive on the south side of Sprague approx 1/4 mile west of State and they face east using radar. They sit up the hill far enough that the trees act as camouflage for them…but you are easily seen…and picked off…. as you approach coming around the bend. 35mph!!!

The speed limit on this strech of road was recently reduced from 35mph to 25mph. Police sit & wait in PRIVATE driveway just beyond the creek on the right hand side (if you’re going west) or just before the creek on the left hand side (if you’re going east). Have seen both marked and unmarked cars as well as motorcycle cop in this trap. COUNT on them being there during both the morning and evening rush.

travel this road every day. have been noticing many stops recently. was ticketed myself, for an improper lane change (did not use turn signal) with no one within a quarter mile.
