Parma police sit in the north entrance to the General Motors complex watching the north and south bound traffic on Chevrolet Blve. From here they can watch the traffic light at Brookpark Rd. & Chevrolet Blvd headed South and also clock the North bound traffic. It appears they are also watching for missing front license plates.

This is a 25 mph zone. Police cars as well as motorcycle units clock speeders in both directions mostly during evening hours. They write ticket after ticket…day after day. Today is 11/22/11 and I saw three stops this evening while going to the Post Office and the gas station.

Parma on Ridge road

Police MOTORCYCLE UNIT Located under the trees and on the sidewalk of Golubski Funeral Home on Ridge Road. Hard to see due to the electrical boxes on the Third Federal Savings tree lawns. Writes tickets constantly for the traffic going South on Ridge. Way to go Parma Police. Let’s write tickets instead of taking care of the stealing, theft, and drugs in the area. We’re all moving out of the city, it’s sad that the neighborhood went to the dogs.

This is a 25mph business zone. Parma police shoot laser on traffic heading (south) toward Snow Road from the Zabor Funeral Home parking lot. This mostly happens from motorcycle in the warmer months, but has been seen from cruiser in colder weather. They are usually tolerant of speeds up to 35 in this zone, but no promises.
