Parma, Ohio Speed Traps
Brookpark Road & State Road Intersection
Sometimes on my way home from work (mornings) I see an officer parked in the parking lot of the bar right across from the gas stations (directly at intersection) using the radar gun.
Also a ways down from that on brookpark road usually on sunday mornings a cruiser will be parked in the exit of the shopping center catching speeders that are going over 35 mph. On sundays because there is hardly anyone on that stretch of road in the morning.
Snow Rd just east of State Rd
A white "speedtrap picture taking" SUV sits on the side of St Francis church clocking speeders traveling eastbound threw the school zone almost every morning till noon time. This has been a cash cow to the city of Parma and they have nailed about 300 people this year!!!! Beware!!!!!
Snow Rd. East of Ridge Rd.
On the Southeast cornner on the intersection begins a School zone. Infront of the School parked on the sidewalk is a White Ford Escape with Automatic Speed Cameras. This takes place on School days between 11:30am And 2:00 pm
Corner of S.Park Blvd and George Ave
Parma Police park cruiser on George Ave Watching the Stop sign on South Park Blvd most mornings about 8:00 am. I go past there everyday and see them sitting there waiting for someone not to stop completely for the stop sign! George Ave is one side street up from Snow Road on the right hand side when you turn onto South Park Blvd from Snow.
