I can’t believe that the town of Rubyville is not on the list. The Scioto County police love sitting at the volunteer Fire Dept and just clock drivers. the 35 MPH is very, very close and up a hill from where they clock, you don’t see them till they have you. Be careful they CAN and WILL get you.
