This is a little town not far from Interstate 270. You are used to going 65+ on the interstate and it’s 55 when you exit onto 23. Then you get to South Bloomfield which is basically a few gas stations and restaurants on either side of the highway, and the speed limit is 35. Plenty of police cars and places for them to hide.
