Whitehall, Ohio Speed Traps

Police sit in a private business lot on the south side of the street 1 block from hamilton road at a 45 degree angle to the road. They watch the westbound lane. When the police car is in the lot all you can see is the windshield. They can watch you come down the road long before you even see the car and by then your done.
