Willoghby Hills, Ohio Speed Traps

If one has just passed the rt. 91 exit heading eastbound towards 306 there is a weigh station. Genearlly, a Willoughby or Willoughby Hills cop will sit up there in a patrol cruiser and take speeds of motorists. From there he will radio it in to his fellow workers who sit in their cruisers in the emergency vehicle crosspath about a tenth of a mile ahead of the weigh station. Be carefull here as when pasing the weigh station the speed limit is still 60 mph and does not change to 65 mph till after the weigh station.
