o.s.p.are fair and honorable,but BEWARE the city police and particularly the sheriff,the sheriff deputies will pull you over for no reason and then make an excuse that you seem to be weaving in your lane or other such BULL! they will tailgate you, and try and make you nervous. if you are on any of the major roads around wilmington watch out for the sheriff!!! also this county has mid-week OSP safety checks on the side of the roads.usually 68 north, just as you get out of wilmington.
