while driving into Bartlesville (from tulsa) on 75
highway patrol will set behind a "welcome to Bartlesville sign" as you come into town from tulsa on 75. It drops from 50 to 45 right at the sign, and i have seen at least 10 people pulled over in the microtel parking lot in the last 2 1/2 weeks.
Ramona on US Highway 75
Be cautious when traveling through Ramona, OK. US HWY 75 runs right through this tiny little city and they have a very aggressive police department. This city is fast becoming the next Big Cabin, OK which was not long ago, forbidden from writing tickets a long a major thoroughfare. Ramona also have a suggested 60 MPH speed limit when traveling through a dangerous intersection because too many people fail to yield. This speed is not required but speeding through this intersection is likely a bad thing – do not drive above the posted 70 MPH or RPD will sure enough write you a ticket.
