Just as you are leaving Oklahoma and entering Arkansas (just past Dora, but before the Rest Area and before Van Buren), there is a Hill that limits your visibility ahead. Just as you top the hill, there is a police car waiting for you on the median below. They typically target cars going 10+ miles over the Speed Limit.
