Elgin, Oklahoma Speed Traps

New Cop in Town now was pulled over for speeding he likes to smile and giggle but still can write a ticket. I dont know where he comes from but never seen anyone write that many tickets to someone and get a thank you outa me. he talked me into signing both of my tickets and gave my friends one too he needs to have his pen taken away. if he is not a paid cop what does he get outa all this….. stay outa town on fridays. I think he gets a doughnut every time he writes a ticket and for that matter he must have written alot of tickets!
