Lake Murray, Oklahoma Speed Traps

This is for boaters. Be sure you have everything on board in order. The lake is patrolled by the lake division of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. They have been known to check boats for no obvious reason to the boater. I have witnessed them stopping just to tell someone in a stopped boat to sit down. Yes they are there to keep people safe, but they go a little "overboard".
