When you go into court you can supoena the radar calibration and the officers training record and qualification to use that type of radar. If either of these can not be produced then you will be off the hook or if the radar has not been calibrated (most states its 10 days before your being stopped) within the manidated time frame then your ticket will also be thrown out.

I had a relative in my family that was pulled over for a DUI. She was guilt I do admit. They impounded her car and took her to jail. Just like you would think right. Well all they asked for was $1500 in cash and she was free to go with drives license in hand. They would not give us a receipt. They were not going to turn it is was the explanion. To me that does not sound like the right thing to do!
