Norman, Oklahoma Speed Traps

If your going east on Franklin road it will be right after you pass N.E. 60th. After you go accross the bridge where everyone fishes. On the left hand side of the road you will see the church. The trap is set up right there during the day. At night the trap is usually as you go over the bridge.

There is a Park on the North side of Robinson, Cops just sit there and radar. Also, it is a great place for them to just park by each other and talk .

Between Flood (Hwy 77) and 12 Avenue NE (Sooner Road) This is the newly widened section of Tecumseh Road and has a speed limit of 45. Beware – it is 4 lanes and feels like a highway but they have a ridiculous limit of 45 mph. Police vehicles sit on the south side of the road off of Charleston street. They also pull up into the new housing on the north side closer to 12th Avenue. I’ve seen them pulling people over almost everyday during the morning commute.

Cops wait on 24th street just past Lindsey heading south, sometimes multiples of cops are tag teaming this area, speed limit goes from 45 to 40 after crossing the Lindsey st, you will see cops parked just South of the apartments on the West side of the road.
