8500 Block of South Bryant Ave. Half mile south of I-240
Officer on Motorcycle giving tickets to drivers on inactive workzone. Hiding in business driveway off the road. Posted speed limit down this stretch is 30 mph.
North Western Ave., between NW 150th and NW 164th
Officers drive north and south on Western and stop traffic going in the opposite direction. In Edmond, which starts just north of 164th, has mostly 45 – 50 mph limits on 4 lane roads. OKC cops patrol the surrounding areas, counting on drivers not paying attention that the speed limit has dropped.
It is patrolled so aggressively that I make it a point to set my cruise control below 40 m.p.h. just to be safe.
Anderson road between SE 29st and SE 44st
Oklahoma City officer virtually daily between 3pm til 6 pm. rolling road 40 mile ph speed limit. must rude brake n bound to keep low speed.
North of Interstate 44 on N May AVE. South of NW 50th ST.
Last night and tonight (2/12/14 – 2/13/14) I have counted a total of 10 traffic stops by the OKPD both nights. They are pulling cars over left and right.
