they sit at the top of the hill where the speed changes from 45 to 35, and stop anyone going over 35 no matter if you are going 38 or 70.. its a 105 dollar fine. why does a town that is 1/4 wide and a mile long needs 3 police in it? avoid this town if you can

The past speed limit in front of both school zones was 25mph. They have recently changed it to 15mph without notice.
The local yocals are having a ball writing tickets for anyone over the 15mph with the average costing $130.00. Heck of a way for a small town to make extra revenue, isn’t it?
State Highway 145 near State Highway 77
Speed limit in town is mostly 35mph however a very small strip, less than 100 yards is posted 25mph. Local busters will ticket you for anything over 25.
State Highway 77 near Interstate 35
speed limit drops from 65 to 25 within 4 blocks and the officer sits at the 25 mph sign and shoots passing cars with his radar. Zero tolerance over 25 mph, and a kangaroo court if you try to fight it.
Highway 145 west of Highway 77
Speed limit is 25mph for only about 25 feet after turning off of highway 77 which is 35mph the 25mph zone is right in front of city hall. This is a very small town in Oklahoma.
