Ponca City, Oklahoma Speed Traps

Just east of Roosevelt school on Highland there usually is one of those pesky motorcycle cops hiding behind a tree. He is a block or two east of the school on a house lawn.

City Police park at low spot next to trees in Bowling Alley parking lot on South side of Lake Road. Speed limit is 40 and they enforce at around 45. Eastbound traffic can’t see police vehicle until topping hill within 100 yards of trap. Westbound can’t see police vehicle until crossing tree line at trap.
