Officers sit on side streets and trap you as you come in to town from Muskogee. Porter also has a tricked-out black sports car police unit that is not well-marked.

If you happen to get a ticket in Porter be sure to keep all proof of payment. They sent me a failure to appear notice after I paid the ticket and the court date had expired. If I had not kept my proof of payment they would have had a warant for my arrest. Eather incompitance or lack of responceablity.
