US 64 and I 40
Roland and Moffett police love to nab people in both lanes between the Arkansas border and the other side of Roland. Moffett (pop 100 or so) has several cop cars and an Explorer and like to sit on the highway onramps and below the bridge to Dora. Roland has an unmarked Chevy Tahoe and like to hit both 64 and I-40. This is a serious cash cow for them and will pull you over for anything!
