Sulphur, Oklahoma Speed Traps

Speed as much as you like in Sulphur. The cops here are WAY too lazy to get out of their cars. The speed limit through town is 35, and you’re safe to cruise up to 50. You’ll only get stopped if OHP is passing through town at the same time.

They sit at the Chickasaw Indian place located on Oklahoma and East 4th Street they’ll hide so they cannot be detected and Blam! you’ve been trapped and smacked with a heavy citation and fine. They also sit in the church parking lots located all along East Oklahoma. So when you come into Sulphur off of Highway 7 I urge you to use extreme caution as they are ticketing the heck out of people. It doesn’t matter who you are, Where you are going, Even if its an emergency, It doesn’t matter. You will still get ticketed. These are some trigger citation happy writing cops now. I am warning you. So please be careful.

The police will sit down at bob lewis motors parking lot and radar people like crazy if you are one of these people who go a mile or 2 over watch out because these cops will get you.
