Ranchwood Blvd. Beteween Mustang and Vandament

I’ve noticed this coming home around five on weekdays. There is a concrete pull-out on the north/east side of the road near the pond. A cop has been sitting in this down the hill, so drivers can’t see it coming from the north/west. From that direction, it’s too late before you see it. It is really easy to speed here, but remember that Yukon has reduced their speed limit to no more than 35 mph.

On the east side of Mustang RD./ Turnpike exit on I-40 W/B!

Brother law, "AKA" The Okla. Highway Patrol, likes to sit in between the eastbound and westbound lanes on I-40, just after the concrete barriers at the turnpike overpass if your headed westbound. If your headed eastbound, its just after you cross the bridge that overpasses Reno Ave. I promise that the boys in blue will stop you everytime if you dont watch it at this trap!!!! It’s also bad cause its right in between speed changes as well so more reason for them to snatch you up! Good ol’ Yukon, gotta love it! Stay safe an watch it!

Between I-40 and Vandament

They’re building the new Yukon HS at Mustang and Vandament and they’ve decided to slow down traffic starting at I-40. I can understand if they want to start at 10th, but give me a break. This is a brand new 4-lane street with hardly anything on either side. Just south of the highway it’s 45 through a heavily commercial. OKC PD waits just over the hill north of the I-40. Yukon waits between 10th and Vandament. I understand the second trap because of the high school and street work, but the first one is ridiculous.

The police sit at this intersection at the last of the month to raise revenue. The will ticket you for "running a red light" even if you enter on yellow. This is normally in the afternoon/evening.

Anywhere in the Yukon, OK city limits

The top speed limit in Yukon is 35 mph and less on residential streets and school zones. Do Not Speed anywhere in Yukon. You will get a ticket!
