Brampton, Ontario Speed Traps

Police hide their vehicles beside the McCrimmon forest on Brisdale Drive, just before a 40 km/h zone which is notorious for drag races. They also hide in side streets through different times in the day. Police also stop at Brisdale/McCrimmon Dr to check for proper STOP procedures. Remember to always read the speed signs on Brisdale Dr.

Just before the steels intersection, they hide their cars in empty petrol pump and stand on walkway with radar guns.
The speed limit is 60KM/H on a 3 lane road which is mostly empty and people always tend to speed. They catch you and pull you in the patrol pump.

Right in the school parking light of the high-school formerly known as North Peel cops always hide out and radar, because it is a straight away in a school zone, been many cops there

Heading south of Queen Street on Mississauga Road, speed limit changes to 50 km at Huttonville. Well past Huttonville, there is a steep hill just before Lionhead Golf Course. Police sit at top of hill at traffic light at entrance to Lionhead. You cannot see them coming up the hill.

Heading northbound, the trap is set up to catch motorists as they descend from the 407 overpass. The trap is located at the side road into the Powerade Centre.
The speed limit used to be 80 km/hr., but is now posted as 60 km/hr.
