Police vehicle sits in the fire station driveway.

This is a 50km/h road that drop to 40km/p during school hours. The speed feels way to slow for the road, so people usually speed in excess of 70km/h or greater.

Harvester Road (west bound) between Appleby & Burloak

Burlington, OntarioAug 28, 20120 Comments

When traveling west bound on Harvester Road from Burloak to Appleby Line the police will sit in the parking lot of a business at the corner of Shelden Court & Harvester and watch speeds of drivers as they approach the bend/curve. I have seen them there four times during the morning commute, almost caught me last time.

Police like to park in the driveway which leads to the hydro station. They are usually out of the vehicle and hiding behind a tree or light pole. it is very hard to see them. The same story goes when going south on appleby from the 407, They will park in alton village or by the wall mart plaza

Burloak and Upper Middle Rd

Burlington, OntarioMar 16, 20110 Comments

Police sit on "old burloak rd" north of the Bronte Creek Prov. Park. With the new double lanes that merge with upper middle they radar cars traveling both ways.

Since its redesign its easy to travel fast with nice smooth pavement–about 10kms over should be your max.
