There are various speed traps on Airport Rd. North and South (especially just south) of Caledon East. Your best to do the 60km/hr going north into town from Old Base Line. Ive seen many pulled over there.
Also, on Airport road, on the east side just south of Old Base Line. Many a time I see them there.

HWY 10 Between King Rd & Valleywood

Caledon, OntarioJul 30, 20030 Comments

Southbound Hwy 10 halfway between King Rd and Valleywood. There is only one sideroad at this halfway point. The tripod mounted lazer is on the boulevard and there is always a minimum of 2 police cars sitting just west of Hwy 10 on this country side road. It’s very difficult to see the cars on the sideroad because of the farmers field growth just prior to this sideroad. NOTE: I have been told that they will leave you alone up to 110km/h…. however, If you go over 110kph they will nail you for the full amount over 80kph……

Southbound Hwy 10 north of Peel Rd

When travelling southbound on Hwy 10, beware of the Laser devils south of Forks of the Credit Rd. Just after you pass Flapjacks restaurant Hwy 10 goes up a slight hill. After you go over the hill, it drops back down into a "dip" in the road. The Laser devils sit on a hydro access road right after the entrance to the NEW information trailer. They don’t hide very much because they nail you just as you come over the hill after Flapjacks. They are there anytime of the day…….. especially between the Rush Hours. I saw them there 4 of 5 days two weeks ago.

Hand held rader gun. Although I have not been a victim of this trap,it is evident the posted limits were reduced for the sole purpose of collecting revenue as this strech is between two Gravel pits approaching the village. Traps were set up immediatly after the speed limit was reduced from 80klm to 60 then 50 & the uniformed revenue collecters have a field day. No ethics here
