On the north side of Elgin in the Graveyard Driveway

Officer sits and waits for speeders coming up the hill from the east and speeders coming down the hill from the west. People coming from both directions have very little time to notice the police car parked on Ravine Dr. (which is only on the south side)

Police sit in the parking lot of the Children’s aid and nab speeders coming off the 401 / from out of town as the speed limit drops from 80 to 50 km/hr. Difficult to see from either direction due to signs when coming in town / hill when heading out of town.

This is a well-known trap. Police park at the cemetary and nab speeders coming up the hill heading east on Elgin St. or going west because you can’t see the car due to trees until too late. Traffic typically goes 60 km/hr or more in the posted 50 km/hr zone.
