Fort Erie, Ontario Speed Traps

Police sit behind a hill halfway down the road. You can’t see them until its too late.

Usually there’s two cop cars parked in the Rosehill Auction parking lot (which Rosehill Rd. happens to cut through) which can nab you if you’re speeding.

There is a church between Hommer’s Meats and Netherby Rd. in the parking lot of which cops will stake out, so be careful.

Cops will hide out behind a (not so) well-placed hedge row on the corner of Summit and Gorham. When I got caught here, they had radar on a tripod outside of the vehicle and were hand signaling people over. This is precisely where it turns from 50 to 80, and they caught me doing 72. They will catch anyone heading northbound, so watch out.

ALSO – keep an eye out for them parked at the end of Dominion Rd. at the appliance store.

A couple times I have seen a cop parked in a gravel driveway type dealie, there’s an open field there on the north side of this street. Mainly in the summer.
