The speed limit drops from 90km/h to 60km/h westbound on Highway 17. OPP sit on side streets as well as parked on the shoulders of the highway proper clocking vehicles in both marked and unmarked squad cars. Slow down – tickets aren’t cheap at 30 over nor are the demerit points that come with them.
