In the Cemetary Drive way on the East side of the road, on the top of the hill where the speed limit changes from 50 to 60.

The cops change their position constantly but stick along the street the three main places they stay are right before or after the Castle Home Building Center, the intersection neer a big ugly abandoned factory and just past the last house leeding out of town
