3-way stop. Usually a police cruiser will setup around 7:30am – 8am, hidden behind large pine tree on Althea. Dual purpose here – Catching speeders and those who do not make a complete stop at the stop sign.

Trap is either in Loretta parking lot or adjacent lot OR on side street before Asian restaurant when travelling south on Stanley.

Radar is often set up here, they sit behind the large signs of various businesses along this stretch. You don’t see them until you have already passed them.
