Glendale Overpass On QEW St Catharines/Toronto Bound
The officer sits on overpass and uses radar for speeders heading Toronto bound, then radios down to cars sitting in on ramp or Info Centre. Because he is on Overpass you only see him in your rearview once you have passed.

Taylor Road near QEW Expressway
The stretch of Taylor Rd between York Rd and Glendale is totally free of residential houses and pedestrian traffic except for the odd cyclist. The only thing on this road is a Leons warehouse (where you’ll find the cops sitting) and White Oaks hotel. 60km/hr?!? I live on Line 1 rd and it is 80km/hr with animals and kids running around. Where’s the common sense?
Concession 2 Road near Line 3 Road
Concession 2 starting from St. Davids all the way to Line 8 outside of Virgil has been known to be a high-speed deathtrap! It take lives every year so the NPD is always monitoring it especially on weekends. They are usually parked on Line 3. Max limit is 70km/hr whereas Concession 1 is 80km/hr. My advice, drive the 2km to Con. 1 and bypass Con 2 all together. I got pulled over doing 90km/hr on Concession 2.
