Stouffville, Ontario Speed Traps

This common speed trap is on York Durham 30 (Town Line) just south of Main St – speed goes from 80 km/hr to 60 km/hr in this zone and catches a lot of people. The deceiving part about this speed trap is that there is no real reason for it – the surrounding countryside stays the same.

School Zone: Cops will sit there around 8am to 10am trapping cars driving westbound from 10th line towards the elementary school.

In Vandorf they sit in the community center parking lot on the East side of Woodbine or at the Stouffville museum on the West side. The limit goes from a 80 to a 50 in this area and is a great revenue generator for them.

Either at the end of the Winery driveway or a bit west in another driveway on the north side of the road.
