Keats Way and Brynhurst Blvd.

Cop in front of Mary Johnston public school. Hides behind the school sign, or across from the school on side street. Gets people heading both directions on Keats Way. Limit is 40km/h since it’s a school zone.

Keats Way and Beechwood Dr.

Waterloo, OntarioOct 05, 20100 Comments

On Keats Way driving East from Erbsville Rd. Wide and straight road, limit is 50km/h. There’s a cop that gets people on the slight downhill portion close to Beechwood Dr. He sits on the top of the hill on a side street Thornlea Ct. where there are some large pine trees. Difficult to see him, also usually a fully blacked out car, so you may not notice its a cop until too late.

University and Seagram (UW Entrance)

I’ve seen cops a few times now trying to catch traffic heading East, from Westmount. They hide to the right side of the intersection and pull in traffic on to Seagram.

Fischer-Hallman Rd N and Beechlawn Dr.

Waterloo, OntarioApr 15, 20100 Comments

Police have cars parked on Beechlawn Dr, so they’re not visible for a northbound driver on Fischer-Hallman. One police officer points the radar gun sitting on the south-east corner of that intersection, he/she is barely visible because there are some poles in the way. When you reach that intersection, they invite you to pull over on Beechlawn Dr.
You can see them there usually in the morning or mid day, only in nice weather.

University Avenue

Coming off the expressway, people are still used to expressway speed and they sit in the big driveway of the sewage treatment plant, on the right as you head downtown, and they also have plenty of room for pulling in cars
