frequently see cruisers set up at either the Fairgrounds, the hotel, or the bowling alley (these are all side by side)
one will clock you and the one farther down will flag you to pull over in the parking lot.
Quaker Road near Cole Nouvel Horizon
The parking lot of the French elementary school, tucked in between the school and the tree line. Usually AM rush, and PM rush, some times midday. There are two posted 40km school zones on Quaker, most people race 60km+ between the two 4way stops and through the school zones. I drive this road 2x/day and pass a cruiser both ways.

They sit in the parking lot of the old zellers across from timmies they are always there sometimes even 2 or3 of them sitting there hanging out so watch your speed coming from the tunnel or 406
Thorold Road near just before the Main STreet Bridge
Police car sits beside the old restaurant in the parking lot across from the Welland Bakery. You absolutely cannot see him until you are past him as he’s tucked up beside the restaurant.
Cataract Road near Golf Course
they set up in the golf course parking lot and being out in the country you think the limit is 80kmph but it is actually 50kmph! by the time you see them you’re busted! I’ve gone through twice now and they were there!
