The white photo van sits anywhere there is a possibility of speeding. HOWEVER, if you tend to speed, look for the sign which is placed BEFORE you reach the van that says there is photo surveillance coming up. You can slow down and not get caught. Also, I have heard that by law, you cannot be ticketed until you are 11 mph over the speed limit. I don’t know if it is true. Watch out for commute times especially
