When driving west heading home on Sunset highway, 26, the sun is setting around 8-8:30pm and it is very hard to drive let along see your speed as the sun is in your face. This is even with the visor down and with sunglasses on. While driving, a parked cop car or motorcycle cop, will sit on top of the bridge to take advantage of peoples ability not to see well while they are driving. This includes; speed, visibility of other drivers, and seeing where you get to the off ramp. Even if you follow other drivers they will pick and choose who they want to pull over. Even explaining to the cop that my visibility was bad and I was following other cars, the cop still laser tagged me as I was coming on to the offramp. To me there should be no cops out there during pour visibility to drivers.
