State troopers will actually sit out right in the open on the shoulder using backwards facing speed detection. They hide at the end of a slight bend in the road so as not to be seen, and catch you before you see them and are able to slow down. Speed limit is supposed to be a strict 65. Broadway Road near 42nd Street

Allentown, PennsylvaniaAug 20, 20081 Comments

Directly across from the Lehigh County Sports Field park. One car sits in a driveway near the intersection of Broadway and 42nd, and there are 2 or 3 cars on 42nd, 1 on Chew st, and 1 on Angus. SPEED LIMIT IS 35 MPH! Go the speed limit, and you’ll be fine, go over by more than 3, either direction, and you’re toast!
