Going North: PSP sit just past the Plank road exit (#31) on the right side going north. Posted speed limit is 55 mph, usually don’t bother you until you are over 65 mph. PSP sit back in the grass to the right about 3/4 past exit #40, just before W.W. Engine Supply. There is a blue exit services sign (gas/food etc) that he sits behind. Posted speed limit is 65. Going South: Another location is about a mile before exit 33 going south. PSP sit on an access road just beyond the Kettle Street overpass. Posted speed limit is 65, but drops to 55 one half mile down the road. PSP will also sit under or just past the 17th Street exit. Posted speed limit is 55. PSP will sit in the grass between the 17th Street exit (#33) and exit 32, posted limit is 55 mph.
