Doylestown, Pennsylvania Speed Traps
I have seen them all over the field parking lots very late at night. looking for people blowing stop signs and speeding.
They either sit by the trees clocking people entering the bypass in between the two lanes, or sitting behind a large pile of stones clocking people exiting the bypass. Most commonly seen them there from 9 PM until 4 AM.
They sit in either the Texaco Station on the Northbound side or the Suburban Autoworks on the Southbound side. Looking for people running the light and speeding.
When Main St. Doylestown turns into 611 North past the Fred Beans Ford Dealership, there are 2 possible places for them to sit on the right. They are difficult to see, especially is traveling fast.
Hides successfuly by blending his white car with white residential buildings on the Eastern side of the road. Uses a clock, so radar detector will not work. Look carefully at the white buildings if speeding or simply slow down. There are a lot of places for a cop to hide successfuly on that road.
