Greensburg, Pennsylvania Speed Traps
Route 136 from Route 66 to BP Terminal
Either marked or unmarked cars near 7-11 going to Greensburg and by the bottom of hill going to Route 66.
Rt 66 Southbound Bypass near State Highway Rt 30
State car parks, well hidden, on the high grassy area 1/2 mile past the Rt136 overpass and also another 1/4 mile beyond this trap, car sits hidden on the far side of the short bridge.
Route 66 Bypass near State Routes 30 and 22
Traveling North on the RT 66 toll road from New Stanton toward Delmont. Trap 1 is directly after crossing the underpass of RT 30. Speed limit is 65mph and as you approach Delmont speed trap 2 is around the bend after the speed limit lowers to 45mph.
66 Turnpike near Jennette Exit
On northbound toll 66, where the 3rd lane is to exit at the Jennette exit (not sure of exit number) there is a penndot shed with an exit ramp and on ramp (shed hidden behind hill) you pass on ramp first. State boy hides there behind hill and you can’t see him until your get to the ramp.
Also, further north on toll66, just past where the 45 mph signs are, and the sign for the end of the toll road, there is a hidden road on the right before the last exit. You can’t see the road going north. I have never seen a cop sitting there, but it is a sneaky spot, especially when coming down to 45 from 65 mph.
