Hulmeville, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

The speed limit on Main Street had been 35 mph for at least 25 years. Recently it had been lowered to 25 mph making for a nice revenue enhancer. The cop is usually sitting in the church parking lot with a good view of the west to east direction. Since the police car is black, it’s nearly impossible to see in the dark.
