Officer sits in parking lot of business on hancock between North Broad Street and railroad tracks just before Church Road. Lines are painted on roadway as per PA law. However, officer times traffic in both directions on Hancock, So they will stop vehicles traveling East Bound, even though West Bound traffic obstructs his vision. They always reduce tickets at hearings to "no point" violations with a $100.00 fine.
