Matamoras, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Officers sit along side streets and wait for your vehicle to enter zones and before you know it you have red and blues behind you. I did understand the officer’s reason for heavy enforcement, narrow road limited pull off and people walking along the road to see the Delaware River. But a new paved road and a 25 mph speed limit makes it kind of tough when you’re on your way rafting and it a nice hot summers day. Please watch.
