Unmarked OKC cars constantly on SE 10th between I-35 and Sooner. The speed limit is ridiculously slow. They are usuing Ka band radar. East of Vicky Rd (by the refinery) is actually Del City, but they will write you there also. From what I understand, is that they can because Del City was incorporated inside of OKC.
