Speed limit is 25 and they watch for people not making a complete stop at the stop sign. they will bust you. They have A Dark red marked NEON and an old marked Crown Vic. MAKE SURE YOU STOP AND GO SLOW.
State Highway Rt 116 near Hanover near State Route Rt 116
Toopers sit along York Street hidden by houses and then follow you to Rt116. speed limit is 35 and it gets expensive in this township.
State Route 130 near Sloan Avenue
In front of Fineline Printing there are 2 speed traps. 1 is run by Penn Township and the other right across the city line is run by the City of Jeannette. Speed limit is 25 but
should be higher. I have seen the Penn Township police hide behind the building so that they cant be seen when going north. In the summer a motorcycle officer might be there all day making money for Penn township.
