Intermittent speed trap. They do this one once or twice a year when they get behind on quotas. They pull over traffic en masse & give everyone tickets.. The numbers appear slightly fudged to make sure tickets are for well over 10+ miles above an unrealistic 25 mph limit.

Rt. 65 at Hazelwood Ave. before 79 ramp

There is almost always a cop here and all he does is pull cars over continuously all day in both directions. Traffic is very heavy here and any minor offence gets a ticket. My advice – don’t take this part of 65. Local schoolbus drivers are very bad – 4 lanes of traffic here. They stop on a dime and flash lights while cars that are four lanes away and driving in heavy traffic and have choices to either watch the road or watch when school buses come to a screeching halt. A lot of people have gotten school bus violations because their cars were lateral to the school bus when they flashed lights – no chance to see this in heavy traffic.
