Radnor, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

9/5/15 5:15 pm – Five State cops patroling and ticketing North and Southbond near exit for I-76

Going west toward Radnor Hotel after going under 476, right after you go through the traffic light at 476 S. ramps,( before the next traffic light at Radnor Hotel) there is a line of bushes beside the football field. Occasionally an officer will sit in the grass behind the bushes. There are Vascar timing lines there and you can see where the grass is worn away from the cops driving in the grass.

Two little boxes about 8 inches tall and 2 inches square are stuck in the ground beside the road about 10 or 12 inches apart. They are timers that signal the officer in a driveway ahead if you exceed 25mph. He steps out and flags you down.

Police will set up a speed trap along this road using side streets. 25 mph on both sides of a hill. By the time you see the trap car, it’s too late.
